Scope: The agsystems.dev contact form and business enquiries sent directly by email.
Data: Name, email address, project brief, and any optional company, budget-status, or desired-start information. Direct emails may also include documents, links, or other information chosen by the sender.
Purpose: Review and respond to the enquiry; assess fit; prepare for a possible agreement when requested; maintain necessary business records; and establish, exercise, or defend legal claims where necessary.
Legal basis: Steps requested before a possible contract and AG Systems’ legitimate interest in handling relevant business enquiries and protecting its services. Legal obligations and claims may provide an additional basis where applicable.
Processors: Cloudflare provides site delivery, security, and contact-form email routing. Email and business-operation providers process information only where needed to handle the enquiry. Professional advisers or public authorities may receive information when legally necessary.
Infrastructure: Cloudflare processes requests required to deliver and protect the site. AG Systems does not add technical request data to its enquiry records or use it to identify visitors.
Transfers: Service providers may process data outside the Republic of Moldova or the European Economic Area. Where applicable, transfers use safeguards required by data-protection law.
Retention: Enquiries that do not become engagements are kept for up to 24 months after the last substantive contact. Engagement records are retained according to contractual, accounting, and other legal requirements.
Marketing: Personal data is not sold or used for marketing unless that use is agreed separately.
Tracking: No advertising trackers, behavioural analytics, or non-essential cookies are used.
Preferences: Choosing a Light or Dark theme saves that choice in this browser’s local storage so later pages open in it; choosing System removes it. It never leaves your device.
Automation: No automated decision-making or profiling is performed.
Rights: Depending on applicable law: access, correction, deletion, restriction, data portability, and objection. Requests should be sent to contact@agsystems.dev. Additional information may be requested to confirm identity.
Complaints: Complaints may be submitted to the National Center for Personal Data Protection of the Republic of Moldova or another competent supervisory authority.
